booking policy

A $50 deposit is required to secure all new appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost to their account.
